This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes“) is sponsored by Unframed Digital LLC (“Sponsor“), 5460 S Quebec Street, #350, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
The Sweepstakes begins on June 24, 2026 and ends on July 15, 2026 at (the “Sweepstakes Period“). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec)* who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee, officer, or director, are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
*Quebec residents: This Sweepstakes is not currently open to residents of Quebec, Canada. [Remove this restriction only after confirming compliance with Quebec’s Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux requirements, which may apply depending on final structure and prize value.]
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the survey located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ufddesignsurvey2026 (the “Survey“) in its entirety and submitting a valid email address when prompted. No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of survey links accessed. Multiple entries from the same person, household, or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or technically corrupted entries are void.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $250 Visa Gift Card (the “Prize“). Approximate retail value (“ARV“) of the Prize is $250 USD. Total ARV of all prizes for the Sweepstakes: $250 USD.
Prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash redemption or substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer. Winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted upon completion of survey by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry, within 3 business days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any potential winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam/junk mail filters, an inaccurate or non-functioning email address provided by the entrant, or any other delivery issue outside Sponsor’s control.
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within 7 days of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached within this window, fails to return the required documents within the specified time, or is found to be ineligible, the potential winner forfeits the Prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the awarded Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (b) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (d) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Prize; or (e) printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate court located in Colorado. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.unframeddigital.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, participants acknowledge that survey responses and contact information will be used by Sponsor for survey research purposes / internal analysis / as described in the Privacy Policy, and for administering this Sweepstakes, including contacting the winner.
